About the event
You are invited to a Mother's Day weekend gathering in beautiful coastal Connecticut. Enjoy walks on the beach, daily yoga and meditation, mindfulness activities, an evening drum circle, and relax by an outdoor fire. Wholesome meals will be offered and we will enjoy lunch out together at one of the nearby cafes. In addition, a guest Licensed Massage Therapist will be available for you to book a 30 minute massage. Space for this retreat will be limited to 6 guests. Please RSVP for more information and retreat rates.
