ABOUT HEATHER
It's long known that the practice of yoga fosters a sense of calm, emotional centeredness and peace derived from its breath work, community, and physical practice. As an avid road cyclist, yoga has become a go-to antidote to soothe cranky, tight hamstrings, hips and shoulders. This relief and balance inspired me to deepen my knowledge and earn my 200-hour YTT training in February 2018. This is where I solidified a greater affinity for the gentleness of vinyasa; its rhythm is akin to a calming breeze and ocean waves thus it
breeds the same serenity nature lover's like I seek. My goal is to share this sense of balance and harmony as a counterbalance to the rigors of life and competitive athleticism. I enjoy sharing my practice and helping others to create their own healthier lifestyles.
With Peace & Light

UPDATE FOR 2025
I’m super excited to be embarking on a 2nd yoga teacher training with LYT Yoga created by physical therapist and yoga teacher, Lara Heimann. Incorporating functional movement with traditional yoga philosophy. Hoping to help ease some of my own pains and correct posture imbalance. My ultimate goal is to offer small group, semi-private and one-one classes to new and seasoned yogis at all stages of life .
